Hi Mel and all others, Merry Christmas! Thx for answering my comment on the Kinyei forum. The main purpose for my question was to make sure that the donated money goes not to (overpaid) foreign experts, what I have see so many times before in NGO projects. And from my experience of organising barcamps it is always good to have a budget, even if it will change time after time. but its actually tha basis of transparency. Do youself a favor and write down estimated numbers, and people will have a better picture what the money is for.
Again, I really like the project and want to support it..
